Instructions for Storage:

Our desserts may be kept at 0 degrees for 6 months. Once the desserts are defrosted they will remain fresh, under refrigeration for 5 days. Unused proportions of cake may be refrozen.

Instruction for Serving:

Remove all cakes from freezer one to two hours before serving. Plastic collars remove easily when cakes are frozen. Best served slightly chilled or at room temperature.

Packaging:

All bite size desserts are packed 48 pieces per box.

All bars are packed 30 pieces to a box.

All individual 3" and 41/2" desserts are packed 12 to a box.

All 6", 7" and 10" cakes are packed one per box.

All products are packed 4 boxes per case.

All 10" cakes may be cut or scored into 12, 14, 16 or 18 slices.

All of our tarts are made with a delicate buttery crust, ordering them precut is

NOT recommended due to breakage.

All products are packaged in 200 lb test corrugated boxes.

All products are delivered frozen.
